Queer Liverpool Round-Up // October 2019

Here they come, those Autumn days when the grass in jeweled. Time to pull on your favourite over-sized jumper and snuggle up next to your best queers.

There are plenty of LGBTQ+ friendly events in Liverpool this month to warm the cockles and lighten your dark evenings with red, orange and gold. Be hold, the queer calendar.

Our top tips for this month include artist Sophie Green’s Egghibition, so called since it is based at The Egg Cafe. A preview night will be held on Thursday 5 October and being the first Thursday of the month, make a night of it and head to Beers for Queers after.

You might have noticed we’ve been a bit quiet over September (having a much needed break), but we’re excited for our imminent return to form. Join us for Queer Fridays on 11 October at Static.

Saturday 19 October sees one of the biggest nights in Liverpool’s gay calendar when the House of Suarez presents its annual vogue ball, and this year’s theme is Atlantis.

At the end of the month, a glimpse into the excitement to come in November, Homotopia Festival returns. Look out for our ‘what not to miss at Homotopia’ list coming soon.

What did we miss? We feature LGBTQ+ friendly non-scene events on the queer calendar for FREE.

Send your events to hello@liverpoolqueercollective.co.uk.
