Queer Liverpool Round-Up // May 2019

Queer Liverpool Round-Up // May 2019

Mayday! Mayday! This is an emergency. There is A LOT happening this month. No seriously, A LOT LOT.

But don’t crash land at some mediocre, hetero-normative dull fest. Follow your gaydar and the queer calendar to soar to the dizzy heights of all the best non-scene LGBTQ+ events in and around Merseyside all May long.

Are you ready? Roger that.

May means LightNight. Liverpool comes alive on the evening on Friday 17 May for its annual FREE arts and cultural trail. Queer-friendly events include The Drag Lab and a singing workshop led by Jennifer John.

Looking for a chilled-out spot to hangout with the queer fam after a long week at work? Introducing Queer Fridays. Join us at Static Bar on 10 May to find out more.

On 7 May all of the celesbians are in town! Lucy Spraggan is playing the Arts Club while Munroe Bergdorf is in conversation with Lady Phyll as part of WoW Fest.

Mark International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia on Sunday 19 May with an afternoon of song, dance and poetry organised by Many Hands, One Heart.

Did we miss something? We promote all non-scene queer and trans-friendly events in Merseyside for FREE.

Just drop us a line at hello@liverpoolqueercollective.co.uk to be included on the queer calendar.
