SUITABLE NEW/EXPERIENCED WRITERS.

NO PRESSURE TO READ ON YOUR FIRST MEET.

ALL GENRES, LGBTQ+ CONTENT OR NOT.

NB. WE ARE IN MEETING ROOM 1; ON TOP FLOOR (by the lift); but, occasionally, they move us to one of the 2 adjacent meeting rooms, so please check:). It's fine to knock on the door. I am Steve: check out my profile pic so you know you are in the right room!

PLEASE ARRIVE AT 1.30 FOR START OF MEET, if at all possible; as later arrivals disrupt the flow and complicate time management!Thanks:)

We are majoring on WRITING PROMPTS(with an object/words(s) stimulus) this month; but FIRSTLY:

PRE-PREPARED WORK ON THE THEME (or you can write OFF the theme!):

5 min time limit on reading your work, followed by 1/2 minutes peer feedback.

WE GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK ONLY(eg. suggestions as to how a piece of writing may develop further etc)

RESPECT GUIDELINES APPLY:ie if you cannot agree, agree to DISAGREE.

THE ROOM HIRE IS £20; so contributions of between £2/£3 are welcome; but no pressure if you are on a low wage/benefits.

There is a cafe on the ground floor, from which you can bring up food/drink; or bring your own!(no alcohol).
