Liverpool Frontrunners present…
Our highly successful First Steps beginners programme returns in the New Year.
Tell your friends, Tell you Enemies, Tell Everyone!
We have all been beginners and it can seem daunting at the start, but let Liverpool Frontrunners, Liverpool’s only dedicated LGBT+ running group, guide you on our First Steps beginner’s programme.
We meet in Sefton Park every Saturday morning for ten weeks and the sessions are led by LFR England Athletics Qualified Coaches and Run Leaders.
There will be people just like you, of all levels, so you won't be on your own.
Only equipment needed: An appropriate pair of running shoes, appropriate clothing and a Smile
Whether you are a complete newbie to running or have not run for a while, in a supportive and friendly environment we will show you how easy and fun it can be to run.
There are so many benefits to running, both physical and psychological.
If you want to meet new people, lose a couple of pounds or just get some clear head-space. We can show you the best way. Each week we will progress and develop our running skills and confidence at a pace which is comfortable for you, and also have a lot of fun along the way.
Remember – YOU CAN DO THIS
and we’ll be supporting you every step of the way.
Please note - the programme is designed to build on each week so please ensure you are able to commit for most (if not all) of the Saturdays of the course (Jan 19th-Mar 23rd)
